Returns & Refund Policy
★ Examine Your Package Before Opening ★
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receipt. Once opened, we cannot verify whether any defects occurred during manufacturing or post-opening, and exchanges will not be processed.
Order Issues
Incorrect Item:
If you received an incorrect item, please email our customer support team(info@lenspoison.com) with a photograph of the product(s). We will promptly send the correct item and cover all shipping costs.
Lost Packages:
If your order does not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping date, contact us to initiate a trace with the carrier.
Incorrect Address:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it upon receipt of new shipping fees.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately, and we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for unused, sealed items. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be processed.
Opened Products: Items with broken seals are not eligible for return or exchange. Any defects discovered after opening will be deemed as a result of post-opening use.
Important Notice
Lenspoison reserves the right to decline any claims made after the 10-day return period, except in cases of product defects.
