How to use

1. Preparation

Wash your hands: Thoroughly wash and dry your hands to avoid transferring dirt or bacteria to your eyes.

Check the lens: Inspect the lens to ensure it’s clean and not damaged. Make sure it's not inside out (the lens should form a bowl shape).

2. Inserting the Lenses

Open the case: Open the lens case and place the lens on the tip of your index finger.

Hold your eyelids: Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid open, and the middle finger of the hand with the lens to pull down your lower eyelid.

Place the lens: Look straight ahead or up, and gently place the lens on the white part of your eye. Slowly close your eye to allow the lens to settle in place.

Blink: Blink a few times to help the lens center itself on your eye. If it feels uncomfortable, it might be inside out or have dust on it.

3. Wearing the Lenses

Hydrate: Use rewetting drops if your eyes feel dry throughout the day.

Avoid rubbing: Avoid rubbing your eyes to prevent the lenses from shifting or causing irritation.

Follow the schedule: Adhere to the recommended wear schedule provided by your eye care professional.

4. Removing the Lenses

Wash your hands: Again, ensure your hands are clean and dry.

Hold your eyelids: Use one hand to hold your upper eyelid and the middle finger of the other hand to pull down your lower eyelid.

Pinch the lens: Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and index finger and remove it from your eye.

Clean the lens: If you're using reusable lenses, clean them with the recommended solution before storing them in the case.

5. Cleaning and Storing (for Reusable Lenses)

Rub and rinse: After removing the lens, rub it gently with the solution to remove any debris, then rinse it with more solution.

Store in the case: Place the lens in its case with fresh solution. Never reuse old solution.
